One morning I woke up after the most vivid dream. I recall being in front of a massive crowd where everyone was holding hands in complete harmony. I thought to myself how I’ve never been in such a populated area and felt at ease. As I overlooked the crowd I noticed that there we’re people from all over the world wearing their native garbs. A sea of vibrant colors just radiating into the sky. In the next moment, a roaring wave of weeping let out amongst every soul. Everyone was screaming “Health” in outrage as if it was being stripped from them. A calming dream that turned nightmarish; but ultimately helped me realize that I was taking my own health for granted. This dream acted as a reminder to reflect on the reasons why life is so sacred and the meaning of preserving it. A sign to hold each other accountable of our actions that effects everyone on this planet. Health is a vessel for those that understand its never too late to rectify an issue.
